Document Handling Policy
Storage
All uploaded documents are stored in private LaunchPort storage. Documents are not available at public URLs and are not embedded in analytics events.
Access
Access is admin-only by default and is granted on a least-privilege basis to reviewers directly involved in evaluating or operating a project.
Logging
Every document read is logged with the identity of the accessing reviewer, the time of access, and the reason where applicable.
Deletion
Applicants may request deletion of uploaded documents at any time, subject to legal, tax, or dispute-resolution requirements that may require limited retention.
Third parties
Documents may be shared with qualified legal or professional advisors when review is required for production approval; sharing is limited to what is necessary for that review.
